Shipping

• We ship via trusted carriers (e.g. PostNL).
• Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, and in many cases orders arrive the next day. You will receive a Track & Trace link via email once your order is dispatched.
• Standard shipping in The Netherlands starts from € 4.95.
• Enjoy free shipping on orders over € 60.
• Whenever possible, we use recycled or sustainable packaging. Our biodegradable packing chips are made from natural materials – even compostable – safe for disposal in green waste bins.

Returns & Refunds

Your right to cancel

If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason.

• To start a return, simply contact us with your order number.
• Alternatively, you can complete our return form (available upon request).
• Once cancellation is confirmed, you then have 14 days to return the items back to us.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

How we refund you

• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund the full product purchase price – excluding the original outbound shipping cost – within 14 days.
• Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

Important conditions

• Please return items in original condition and packaging, unworn and unused (where applicable).
• Any significant loss in product value resulting from customer handling may affect your refund.

Additional Information

• Faulty or incorrect items: If you received damaged or incorrect products, please let us know immediately. We will arrange for a free replacement or refund, as appropriate, and cover return shipping.
• Custom or final-sale products: Unless by law, these are not eligible for cancellation or return.
• Order cancellations before shipping: If you cancel your order before it ships, we will refund the entire amount, including shipping costs.
