Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the Netherlands.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We strive to shop orders within 1 – 3 days from date of delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts at 4.95 but it depends on the weight of the package for your order.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
We only sell products online from the website at the moment and we deliver everywhere in the Netherlands. We are based in Zandvoort, Netherlands. We will in the future be at markets around the Netherlands including Amsterdam, Haarlem and Zandvoort.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can track your order if you go to your my account page or if you look in the order email that you received, it will contain a delivery tracking link. If not, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and iDeal payments at the moment.
